Clipboard use in Terminal Services / Remote Desktop
If a user finds that s/he cannot copy something on their local database and paste it into an application running in a remote desktop session (or a remote app window), the problem is almost surely that clipboard function has not been configured properly.
The clipboard needs to be enabled in 3 places:
1. Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration.
2. RemoteApp Deployment Settings (accessed from the RemoteApp Manager -> RD Session Host settings).
3. Within the remote app .msi that is built to deploy.
