Progress note doesn't copy to a member of a group
There are several conditions required for a progress note to copy to each group member. Even if tagged for copy, the note will not copy if:
The date of the note is not within the member's episode intake and discharge date range. (Episode discharge date may be blank).
The date of the note is not within the member's group enrollment and discharge dates. (Group discharge date may be blank).
The member already has a progress note for the same date, provider, and service.
The member must appear in the Active Patients list of the current data set.
The user doing the copy must have access to view the member. That is, the user is not restricted by security settings from viewing the data for the member.
