Can't print a treatment plan for a specific client

Problem: Can't print a treatment plan for a specific client and everything checks out. The treatment plan is signed and all the selections are correct.

Solution: Make sure that there are no spaces in front of the first name in the patient first name field. If there are remove the spaces and save the record.
