Cannot log into SOS after update to Windows 10 1703 "Creators Update"
If you just click and drag that little window in the middle, the screen will come back to life. If that gets old (which it probably will), you can install the most recent release, build 5, from the web site. The issue is related to a change in the way the newest Windows 10 version handles certain software operations, but we have implemented a way around it in the latest SOS build.
If you are already running SOS 2016, you can download the update from:

Please use that updater to bring all your SOS workstations up to the most recent software. It should only take a minute or so on each workstation, and the other users can continue to work while each machine is updated.
