Modifying the "Standard Statement" footer and dunning messages

The footer text, dunning messages, and other options for standard statements can be found in billing options, which you can get to either from the setup window for the statement run (Standard Statements), or by going to Setup > System Options, Billing tab, then click the 'tools' icon in the toolbar at the top.
